The name of this site is slightly misleading as you cannot expect real street-walking working girls to allow themselves to be filmed, there are just too many risks involved. Instead RealHookerVideos is a reality site with hardcore material and as long as you can suspend your disbelief you can get into the action.

The scenes each begin with the chick in question, most often getting dolled up in front of a mirror. As she primps and preens some music plays and sometimes sentences scroll up the screen with info about her, for example she is a student hooking to make cash, or a lonely housewife looking for some action. The action then moves out onto the streets where some dudes pick her up and get to a room where they can have some fun. The camera work is all POV and the man behind it knows what he is doing.
